Closing Remarks
This Web site was first launched onto the Web in Feb 2009 after I’ve been working on it, on and off, for two years and still not published it. The problem was that it grew in size as new thoughts came into my mind, as they still are. I decided at the time that if I didn't do something then it may never be uploaded onto the Web. I therefore decided to launch it, as mentioned on the Home page, as incomplete.
I have more recently completely revamped the contents and uploaded it afresh in September 2009 but there are still some incomplete pages. (mainly in the FAQ’s)
Each time I do add something more in the future I will change the date on the Home Page.
Meanwhile, as well as working on the unfinished pages, I’m working on another ‘Stopper’ that is to do with the unfortunate image that the Christian Church gives to those outside it. This poor image is unfortunate because the truth is that the Christian Church should be an institution, perhaps the only one, that exists primarily for the benefit of those outside.

The approach that I’ve tried is, I believe, unusual in that I’ve not just used the normal evangelistic style of proclaiming the ‘Good News’ as contained in the New Testament. Only time will tell if this approach, to first attempt to knock down the ‘stoppers’, is successful - as measured by any feedback that may arrive. In any case I’ve enjoyed an interesting exercise, with the help of the Holy Spirit, in clarifying my own thoughts.
PS. You also need to do some reading of the Bible on your own. Which version is not too important, although I recommend the Living Bible for beginners.

You also need to realise that you are only at the beginning of a great adventure as mentioned in the second of St Peter’s letters - “Do you want more and more of God’s kindness and peace? Then learn to know him better and better. For as you know him better, he will give you, through his great power, everything you need for living a truly good life: he even shares his own glory and his own goodness with us! And by that same mighty power he has given us all the other rich and wonderful blessings he promised; for instance, the promise to save us from the lust and rottenness all around us, and to give us his own character. But to obtain these gifts, you need more than faith; you must also work hard to be good, and even that is not enough. For then you must learn to know God better and discover what he wants you to do. Next, learn to put aside your own desires so that you will become patient and godly, gladly letting God have his way with you. This will make possible the next step, which is for you to enjoy other people and to like them, and finally you will grow to love them deeply. The more you go on in this way, the more you will grow strong spiritually and become fruitful and useful to our Lord Jesus Christ. But anyone who fails to go after these additions to faith is blind indeed, or at least very shortsighted and has forgotten that God delivered him from the old life of sin so that now he can live a strong, good life for the Lord. So, dear brothers, work hard to prove that you really are among those God has called and chosen, and then you will never stumble or fall away. And God will open wide the gates of heaven for you to enter into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. (2 Peter Chapter 1 verses 2 to 11 Living Bible)
Reader - even if you, just as the one individual, have ‘Met with Jesus’ as a result of reading this site then it will all have been worth while.
Take care, God Bless. Ken
